Refund and Cancellation  Policy

At Pranali Mehendi Arts and Institute, we value your satisfaction and trust. However, because our offerings include digital products and recorded online courses, certain restrictions apply to refunds and cancellations as outlined below.

1. Digital Courses and Downloads

All our mehendi courses and digital downloads (such as study materials, e-books, design templates, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable once the payment is completed.

• Access to content is granted immediately after payment.

• Since the material is digital and can be downloaded or viewed instantly, we cannot process refunds after purchase.

Please read the course description and preview details carefully before making payment.

2. Wrong or Duplicate Payment

If any duplicate payment is made due to a technical error or any other reason, please contact us immediately at

We will verify the transaction and initiate a refund of the duplicate amount within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Physical Products (Future Store Section)

Once we launch physical mehendi-related products:

• Refunds or exchanges will be accepted only for defective or damaged products received within 7 days of delivery.

• Customers must share an unboxing video as proof of damage.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Course Access Issues

If you face any issue accessing your paid course (such as login, video playback, or download error), please email us within 48 hours of purchase.
We will resolve the issue promptly. Refunds will only be considered if access cannot be provided due to a verified technical fault on our end.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once payment is made and course access or digital product link is shared, no cancellations will be accepted.
For physical products, cancellations are accepted only before dispatch and must be requested via email.

6. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request qualifies, the approved amount will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same mode of payment.
