At Pranali Mehendi Arts and Institute, we aim to deliver your mehendi products safely and on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order has been shipped.
If there is any delay due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and courier service.
Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days for delivery.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be mentioned on the product page.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s website to check your delivery status.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products

Please record an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video proof.
Without unboxing proof, we cannot process replacements or refunds.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other external factors.
However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
